Dear ACTJ members,
First let me thank you for electing me to serve as your president. I'd also like to thank David McMurray, and the members of the executive for their service in the past. I truly hope that they will continue to support our organization. I'm looking forward to working with the 2010 ACTJ executive. Here are some things I want to start working on this year:

    * ideas to better serve and involve the membership including participation in regional conferences
    * improving the website in order to provide more useful and relevant information to members
    * revising the constitution to better reflect ACTJ as it exists today, and ensure openness and transparency of the adminstration
    * exploring ways of making closer ties with Canadian JETs.
